United By Values

  • We believe that our energies are best invested in providing homes and services for aging and disabled members of our human family.
  • We believe that our homes and services should enhance the communities where they are located.
  • We believe that our homes should be on everyone’s list of what a good home should be.
  • We believe that the services we offer should be designed for those who use them, and based on what they say they want and need.
  • We believe that our members have a moral responsibility to advocate for the needs of those in our care.
  • We believe that our members should be well qualified and demonstrate it through responsible leadership.
  • We believe that all financial benefits realized should be reinvested in the homes and services we provide.

LeadingAge Kentucky members provide an atmosphere of fellowship and services that meet the social, physical and spiritual needs of the individual and helps the elderly achieve the dignity and quality of life they deserve in their retirement years.
